Loving where I live is attitude,
Selling where I live is privilege
People are my Passion, Property's the Profession:
My purpose is about creating connection and comfort first. It's who I am naturally and how I'll always conduct business. It is possible to be unique, natural and authentic while still being professional and results oriented. Real Estate does not need to be ruthless. I personally believe it's about the relationships, not simply pushing properties. As a licensed REALTOR® my first obligation is to work for you with ethics and honesty, however, this is how I live. I care. Reducing the stress a home purchase or sale may entail is important to me. Your needs, safety and interest are my priority; integrity and compassion are my mantra. I'm a natural born listener with a persistent personality and a contagious zest for life. I truly like people, am extremely loyal and I believe a handshake and a smile goes a long way. As your local expert, I am personally dedicated to you from contract to closing.
Expect nothing less.
Where I work, play and live
The Village of Anmore is a semi-rural community of approximately 1400, many of whom live on 1/2-1 acre parcels. It is home popular to Buntzen Lake and numerous nearby hiking and biking trails. The focus of the Village is to create a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors, by engaging our community through small events that bring neighbours together.
Belcarra lies northwest of Port Moody and is accessible by a single winding paved road or by water. Belcarra is the only community in this area that is not growing substantially. While the small neighbouring Village of Anmore has grown and changed, Belcarra has remained a relatively small community. This is a result of small land area and zoning for single family residential homes. Many residents in Belcarra have private docks and boats.
Port Moody, the "City of the Arts" has an urban appeal with small town feel, offering something for everyone. Hike or bike one of the trails, picnic in Rocky Point Park, kayak on Burrard Inlet, or get to know our heritage and culture by visiting the Port Moody Station Museum or the Port Moody Arts Centre. In recent years, Port Moody is on the map due to the ever-popular Brewers Row.
A Few Kind Words.....
"I've been working with Lisa over the past weeks and I can't say enough good things about her. Her outlook, dedication and energy are always present.
I highly recommend Lisa to help for all your real estate needs...and if you need a cup of sugar." GREG HANBERRY
"Lisa Johnston epitomizes a "can do" attitude and mentality. In the 15 years I have known her, she has consistently done everything well and on point. Always delivering on her promises and always with attention to detail, you can count on Lisa. All realtors are NOT created equal, and Lisa is not prepared to lag behind in any way. In summary, as a Mortgage Professional of 30 years and having a very good idea when I see quality, I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa Johnston for all your real estate needs." GORD DAHLEN
I've always been about giving back to community and helping where I can. This is extended in business and one of the many reasons I'm proud to be associated with Royal LePage.
A portion of each of my sales will be donated:
"Royal Lepage is committed to strengthening the communities where we live and work, Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company with its own charitable foundation. The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention programs.
Every dollar raised goes directly to helping the more than 50,000 women and children who are served each year by the shelters and support programs we fund. Since 1998, the Shelter Foundation has raised $33 million.
Thank you to the residents of Anmore and Port Moody who very recently helped to contribute 734 pounds of food to the tri-cities food bank.
