This week, I had the pleasure of reaching out to Lianne to have some questions answered about home staging. She shared some great insight below:

I got into home staging just over 4 years ago. My husband is a builder & over the past 20 years we have bought, renovated & sold numerous properties. He builds it & I would design the interior. Staging was a natural progression for me as I’ve always been passionate about Interior Design.
As a stager, I do both vacants & occupied listings.
98% of buyers cannot visualize how an empty room can be used. Staging takes the guesswork out, highlights the positive & makes the space inviting.
I work alongside Realtors to help their clients get their home ready to hit the market. Staging plays an important role in attracting potential buyers. It dramatically enhances the of a home.
In the case of an occupied listing, I would do an initial staging consultation where I go room by room giving the homeowner tips & advice on how to make their space more presentable & irresistible to potential buyers. I also give design advice on paint colours & make other suggestions if needed. I would then would come back with needed items & transform the space. Our inventory is rented on a month by month basis.
Our warehouse is located in Coquitlam & we service all of the lower mainland. We are fully insured.
I do also offer Interior design services. A lot of times I will stage a home & the homeowner will love it so much that they will then get me to help them with their new home!
Moving is stressful & can be very overwhelming. I work with homeowners to help ease the process. My goal is to make your home stand out above the competition.
